By purchasing any paid service through our platform, you agree to comply with this Billing & Payment Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

 

1. Free vs. Paid Services

  • Free Services
    Users can post basic ads and browse listings free of charge.

  • Paid Services
    We offer optional premium features to increase ad visibility, including:

    • Featured Listings

    • Top Ad Placement

    • Highlighted or Urgent Tags

    • Promotional Banners or Custom Ad Campaigns

Prices for these services are shown clearly before checkout.

 

2. Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept Stripe as our exclusive payment gateway.

✔ Accepted via Stripe:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Debit Cards

  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay – where supported by Stripe)

💡 All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Kabayan does not store or access your card details.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are one-time only (no subscriptions unless stated).

  • Your ad or service will be activated once payment is successfully processed via Stripe.

  • You will receive an email confirmation and invoice/receipt for your records.

 

4. Refund Policy

All payments made through The Kabayan are final and non-refundable, unless:

  • You were charged more than once (duplicate transaction)

  • The service was not delivered due to a system error

  • You were incorrectly charged due to a verified technical issue

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Invoices & Receipts

  • After a successful payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation email and receipt.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your transaction, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We’re here to help resolve any issue quickly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or removal.

 

7. Pricing Changes

The Kabayan reserves the right to update pricing for any premium service or listing option at any time. However, any price change will not affect purchases already completed.
